仓库租金是不是影响存储成本的较大因素-

近日，上海仓储物流企业上海丽君物流有限公司在接受采访时认为，相比于仓库硬件情况和仓储物流的管理，仓库租金并不是影响客户经营成本的较大因素。

随着经济的持续发展，尤其是近几年电子商务的飞速发展，市场对仓库的需求已发生了根本性的变化。以前的仓库，仅仅是存储功能，是以出租空间来换取收银，但现在的仓库则承担了更多服务功能。客户在利用第三方存储系统存放货品的同时，除支付仓库租金外，在运营中还要支付仓库各种管理人员费用，以及储存、保管、装卸搬运、配送货物、商品破损等等费用，相比于后面这些，仓库租金实在不算是大头。

丽君仓储物流建议客户在选择仓库时注意两个方面。

，仓库本身硬件问题，仓库层高越高，堆码的空间就越大，单位成本也越低；存储环境，有些特殊商品对存储环境要求比较高，好的硬件设施可以大大降低商品损坏率；仓库内外商品运动轨迹的规划是不是合理，决定了商品在配送过程中是不是可很大程度上地提率。有些比较老的仓库和比较小的仓库，在设计之初就存在着先天的缺陷，在选择时要慎重。另外，对高速发展的电商企业来说，仓库的弹性面积也很重要，季节性、市场波动带来的库存变化要有适当的仓库调剂才可把仓储成本降至较低。

第二，存储和物流管理，这也是许多客户头痛的一件事。由于仓库商品繁杂，现代商务对物流要求的时效性又较高，所以仓储和物流管理难度很高，专业性非常强，对人才的要求也比较高。但许多客户，尤其是电商客户，他们优势是做商务，对仓储物流这样专业领域不一定有很深的研究，也没有经验。这就造成了许多电商企业的仓库管理混乱，发错货，坏损率高，效率低下的根本原因，无形中增加了仓储物流成本。霍振禄曾为某电商企业算过一笔帐，因仓储物流管理不善而增加的成本，占到其物流成本的30%以上或者更高。

对此，仓储物流王建也持同样的看法，他说，很多小商户不懂得仓储专业知识，仓储非常凌乱，这样不仅占据空间较大，还不利于进出货，商家可以进行分类管理，搭建货架等方式提高空间使用率，对于大部分商户来说，完全可以节约30%以上仓库建筑面积，这样就会使租金降下来。
